Coaching Gym

Membership in the Passion for Life Coaching Gym works like a traditional fitness gym membership. You pay a monthly membership fee for access to a range of coaching services. The Coaching Gym allows you to visit as often as you like to ask questions and receive coaching on any obstacles or issues that you are facing.

Several levels of membership are available to meet your individual coaching needs. A 30-minute complimentary phone session is available to those interested in joining the Coaching Gym. As part of that session, I will help you assess your needs and make a recommendation for an appropriate level of membership. Call or email me today to schedule your complimentary session.

Gym Hours (Eastern Time)

Monday 8:00 – 11:00AM
Wednesday 1:00 – 5:00PM
Thursday 1:00 – 5:00PM

Coaching is provided by email and/or phone depending on your level of membership. You can send emails at any time. I will generally respond within 24 hours, but will definitely respond during gym hours. Phone support will be provided during gym hours. No appointment is necessary although you can schedule an appointment if you prefer.

You will be notified in advance if the gym will be closed during regular hours.

  • Unlimited email support
  • Additional phone support during gym hours
  • Scheduled progress review by phone every 3 months
Silver
  • Scheduled 60-minute assessment by phone upon joining
  • 1 scheduled 30-minute coaching session or 2 15-minute check-ins by phone per month
  • Weekly structured email exchange to evaluate progress, explore insights, confront challenges, develop strategies, and generate goals for the following week
  • Unlimited email support
  • Additional phone support during gym hours
  • Scheduled progress review by phone every 3 months

A 6-month minimum commitment is required. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service, notify me during the first 30 days, and I will provide a full refund and release you from your membership commitment.
