“Achieve Your Goals” Package
Three 30-40 minute sessions to help you define priorities, set SMART goals, and develop a compelling vision that inspires and motivates you to succeed.


“Balance Your Life” Package
Four 30–40 minute sessions using the Wheel of Life Assessment. We’ll use the Wheel of Life to assess your life balance. Then, using this information we will target 2 areas you’d like to improve and create a plan to bring more balance and satisfaction to your life.


“Overcoming Barriers to Weight Loss” Package
Four 30-40 minute sessions to identify emotional eating habits, learn effective stress management techniques, focus on small, attainable behavior changes, and use positive self-talk instead of guilt as a motivator.
